My Story
Hey there! I’m Ricky Birkenstock, a “Life Quality Engineer” on a mission to empower passionate men in leadership to enhance their quality of life and amplify their impact.
Using a unique approach, “Deep Coaching,” I guide my clients through a transformative journey across the 5 critical dimensions of life quality: Physical, Mental, Relational, Financial, and Spiritual.
My own journey has been marked by adversity, addiction, and even time spent behind bars.
From these challenges, I’ve emerged as a change agent, entrepreneur, and an expert in transformational coaching.
